I can sit here and talk about the details of it till I’m blue in the face and you still won’t grasp the full story until you’re there yourself. I had been in such an environment before but on a much smaller scale and I had familiarized myself and covered many of Tony’s teachings on CDs and DVDs in the last few years.
I was SUPER pumped to get to the event. I had not slept in over 48 hours (well maybe 4 hours total!!) till we got there and thought I might get couple of hours of rest beforehand but no way Jose… not in San Jose! 😀  I was pretty much running on empty energy and getting nauseous due to lack of sleep till he stepped on the stage. WOOOOOOHOOOOOO! After that my energy went off the roof and I could not put my bum down for the next 12 straight hours! By the way, days 2, 3, 4 are quite similar and even longer (15 – 17 hours!)Fire-walk, shmire-walk! Pffffft! 😀 It was an experience I will remember for as long as I live.

Being among 6000 people (no one was burnt), dancing to the music all the way up to the HOT coals (over 2000 degrees Fahrenheit), walking on them in a mind state of “I can do ANYTHING”, and especially with your best friend, who just beat the f#@k out of cancer, right behind you is NOT an experience you’ll want to let go of even if you tried.

One of my most cherished experiences was to watch my girl, Maryam, unfold right before my eyes within 4 days: the most beautiful scene ever. She had already come a very long way up until this time yet still holding on to some “stoppers” here and there. By the end of the event, she was at the most powerful, in control and the happiest state that I’ve seen her in a very long time. We’re celebrating again this weekend by climbing the Grind (Craaaaazzzzy hike on Grouse Mountain) together with my siblings and other dear friends. And the celebrations will continue throughout our lives over and over again.Believe it or not, as amazing as the fire-walk was, the 3rd day and last day were my favourite days. Day 3 Tony pulled a mind blowing NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) exercise on us all which was quite powerful and day 4 was all about health and nutrition, which I’m very passionate about. Since my return I’ve pulled a few NLP exercises on my clients and some friends and made them cry! HEE HEE (seeing tears during a coaching session equals Suxess!)Here is what I brought back with me: THE NEXT LEVEL. UPW (Unleash the Power Within) was amazing, but I wanted more, way way more, a much bigger challenge. I knew what I had to do to get it and after a good fight between my instincts, my emotions and my logics, when they finally collaborated literally in the last hour of the event, I ran to the Mastery University desk with my credit card in hand and handed it over yelling: “Please charge it before I change my mind”! It was a massive step to take and I needed to figure out my timing, finances, etc. before taking it to such a high level but the voice inside my head kept screaming: “You CAN NOT go back to Vancouver without it”. I had to have it. I knew I’d figure it all out from then on.

So, this December I am attending the DWD (Date with Destiny) with Tony again and next year off to Fiji to finish what I started.

And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is how I opened the next door to my new journey.

This month my whole family (The Fab 5! 😀 ), for the first time in almost 4 years, are in one location which puts me right where I need to be: cloud 9. That’s why I’ve been running behind on my blog and my utmost sincere apologies go out to those of you who kept asking me about it.

Hope you’re loving August as much as I am.

My dear Amir, you were there with me the whole time, just like every day that passed this year and especially on July 30th, when you left us for heaven a year ago. Miss you.
