Elton John said it too: “… and “sorry” seems to be the hardest word”!

BUT WHY?!

A meaning has been given to the word by different people from various backgrounds.

Many individuals relate “sorry” to being shameful, weak, at fault, imperfect, etc.

Here’s what “sorry” really means and does for your health:

– Mending an almost broken relationship/friendship

– Softening up the mood and reducing stress levels

– Being the bigger person by being in touch with your vulnerable side

– Feeding your inner growth by forgiving

– Discarding old beliefs on the meaning of “I’m sorry!” and giving it a new life and meaning

– Admitting to yourself that you don’t have to be perfect to be accepted

– And so much more…

Remember: If you truly want to feel the heartfelt effects of “I’m sorry!”, apologizing on someone’s command, from fear of losing them, etc. are not going to get you there.

When you’re wrong, you first have to accept and admit to yourself and then to others that you are sorry.

The flow has to come easily from the bottom of your heart.

When it’s real it has the most power and meaning.

Let’s watch today’s video for a great example:
