Balance this and balance that!

And once you balance one side, rush to the other side to make sure it’s leveled!

The truth is that you’ll never be 100% perfectly balanced!

If that’s you, double check with yourself because that is NOT humanly possible.

Guess what?

That’s perfectly normal and ok be a little off balance here and there.

You just need to be aware of yourself when the gap of a little off-balance has widened and you don’t “feel like yourself”.

We all go through that tunnel once in a while.

The key is how fast do you recognize your imbalance and how fast you can jump back on the train.
