Many of us have a problem with asking others for help when we need it.
Because we’ve given ourselves various “reasons” to dissuade ourselves from asking.
Because those “reasons” protect us from being exposed.
Exposed to what?
To danger (not a real one of course), to being perceived as “weak”, to seem needy, and so much more.
Therefore, many end up feeling lonely, anxious, depressed, judged, etc. as a result of not asking.
