It’s hard to stay focused and enjoy the NOW when there is so much happening around and within us.

Distractions galore everywhere; online and offline.

Our mental state affects our emotional state and that’s why it is so important to practice calming the mind by bringing our attention and focus to the present moment.

Our time is the most precious asset in our lives: once it’s gone, it’s gone for good. We can’t get it back and that’s why we have to value our moments as much as we possibly can.

Another big WHY is that when we’re present we are most connected to ourselves, therefore, we can make the best choices from our authentic core and a place of abundance rather than from outside influences.
