How do we know that we are living up to our worth?

It’s simple actually!

If we think and believe we’re worthy of love, kindness, miracles, respect, appreciation, etc. then we’ll have our arms open to receive it all.

We only get what we believe we deserve.

The only way to measure our worth is through practicing self-love: if we’re kind, generous, non-judgemental, accepting, loving, and giving to ourselves then we can fully appreciate such values and qualities being offered to us.

On the other hand, if we’re the worst critics and judges of our lives, that’s exactly what we’ll receive, even if the intention of those giving is from a loving place.
