Being part of a team is great, whether it’s a game, a work project or a sports team, etc.
It gives you a sense of belonging and partnership.
A force made up of all kinds of vibrant energies coming together to create a sense of oneness.
Interestingly, it doesn’t always go as smoothly as I just described above.
There are other factors that kick in sometime that turns the teamwork into bumpy rides!
Here are a few samples:
– Different opinions
– Hard-headed and non-flexible team members!
– Disbelief in winning/achieving
– Mistrust in others
– Low confidence in self and others
– And so much much more!
Remember when I said you can’t control other people’s actions and only your own?
You still can’t, especially in such circumstances!
What you CAN do is to master the art of understanding the “otherside” so you can be a leader… not a follower or complainer or quitter!
Oh yeah!
You CAN do that! 😀
