Feeling guilty comes from feeling bad about our past actions and events, bleeding into our present moments.
Why do we feel guilty?
Because we believe we’ve done something bad so we take on the negativity and as a result we self judge and punish ourselves.
When we are triggered by guilt, our reactions may be different from one another: some retract into silence and hiding and others become aggressive while blaming others for the way they feel.
Today, we’ll look into this emotion with the intention to understand and heal it so we can rise to our highest potentials and reach our goals.
