We all have that one (or a few) person in our lives who’ve done us wrong whom we have to learn to forgive.
Let me make this very clear:
Forgiveness is not done so you can forget what happened in the first place.
It also not done so you can become close again with the person who hurt you.
It’s something that you do just for YOURSELF so you can let go of all the negative energy you’ve been holding in.
You do it because you want to move on and bring in the positive.
There are many ways to forgive.
In this blog, I present you with four easy steps to help you understand and take action towards freedom from it all.
