We live in the craziest of times as it is the most stressful times.

Allow me to give an example so you know exactly what I’m talking about here:

Back in the stone age, the only time “man” would get stressed out, was when he would go hunting for food and a giant dinosaur chased him to eat him alive!

And that would happen, the most, once a week!

Nowadays, from the moment you open your eyes till the last second you go to bed (if you go to bed), you’re on high stress.

You get the picture now?

That’s why I call it the craziest of times!

Our bodies are not built to handle stress with such intensity so it is up to us to take the edge off when it rises high up there.

Otherwise we’re leaving the door wide open for diseases to enter easily.

How?

I’m sure many of you have your own ways of calming your nerves.

I also know that many of you are familiar with the ways but do not put them in action.

Many say I don’t have enough time.

Fair enough.

Therefore, I’m going to give you tips that will not take much of your time at all and yet, help tame your stress. 😀
