We all do it!
When we set our goals, whether it’s short-term or long-term, there’s a certain point that we may stop and think:
- “What if I fail at this?”
- “What if I’m not good at it?”
- “What if I disappoint myself and others?”
- “What if it’s not perfect?”
And so many other “what ifs” that cross our minds!
That’s called FEAR!
Procrastination is one of many faces of fear to stop and protect us from getting close to, what our mind may think as, “danger”!
That’s why we need our “power value tools” to use in these moments to overcome such fears and reach our goals.
