Contributing makes us feel amazing!
It helps us grow in spirit and become better people.
It brings out more of our loving, gentle and kind side.
But what if we’re giving from an empty place where there is not much to give?
Guess what happens when we’re running on empty and keep on giving?
We burn out!
It’s the law of nature.
The symptoms are as follow:
– Depression
– Anxiety
– Anger
– Exhaustion
And many more.
Burning out means only one thing: change needs to happen.
We need to be filled up with love and kindness in order to give it and recognize it when it’s given to us.
We will need to still give but this time back to SELF.
There are a few simple ways to do that and in this video I’ve listed my top four.
