There’s no easy way around feeling rejected whether it’s from a job, a relationship, a request, etc.
It makes you feel like you’re not enough: skilled, talented, smart, good, etc. and it leads to self pity, criticism and depression.
But we know all that is far from the truth.
You ARE smart, skilled, good, talented and way more.
These feelings are natural but they do not need to become part of who you are and stay within you.
Many of the top world famous people were rejected over and over again but did not allow the feeling to linger for too long and used the related emotions as their ammunition and drive to get back up and prove that they CAN.
I can name two here: J.K. Rowling, writer of Harry Potter, was rejected 12 times and did not give up!
Walt Disney was told he has lack of imagination in one job and was fired from it.
Let’s face it! It’s a temporary situation and it not only defines you, but you can turn it all around and define it for yourself and others.
Believe in YOURSELF!
