The word “NO” is one of the most powerful words to use in our daily lives.

I’m not talking about “No! I’m not hungry, thanks!” or “No! I’m fine, thanks!”.

What I’m referring to here is the “No” when you are asked to do something that you really can’t and don’t have the time or energy for but you still manage to use the word “YES” and in fact you really mean NO! NO! NO!

Abso-freaking-lutely NOT!

That NO is the powerful one.

Why?

Because it comes from an honest and genuine part of you and not what you think people want to hear!

That NO says what you mean and means what you’re saying.

In fact, most people would love to see the honest and true side of you than what YOU think they want delivered, so you change your whole demeanor and decision based on that.

It’s sad!

Imagine a more guilt-free, happy, and honest life just by using this word more often!
