I hate to break it to you but we don’t get back the seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and years of our lives that have already ticked away! But I kinda have a feeling you knew that already!
The question is how can we most appreciate this very precious limited time that we have been given?
Of course, we can’t be happy and joyful in all the moments as we must honour and make TIME for all our emotions equally, but we can practice being as present as we possibly can within each moment passing by.
In this day and age, we face many distractions that demand our immediate and instant attention and time, so it becomes quite challenging to stay focused.
